FAQs
HOW MANY PHOTOS/PRINTS CAN I HAVE DURING MY EVENT?
Unlimited prints! And you will also get an online gallery with all the prints PLUS every single photo taken during the event!
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP THE BOOTH?
Depending on the booth experience you choose, it can take 1-2hrs for set-up and take down. Most can be done in 1hr. We will need access to the event 2hrs before start.
WILL THERE BE SOMEONE TO HELP US OPERATE THE BOOTH?
Yes, we will have someone from our team on site for the whole time the booth is hired.
IS THE SET UP TIME INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGES?
Set-up and take down are included in the cost.
CAN WE SUPPLY OUR OWN BACKDROP?
Definitely. Choose a non reflective surface if possible. Good idea to brainstorm with your stylist as well.
DIMENSIONS
We need at least 10 by 10 feet of space, access to a single power outlet, and level ground. Please note that our backdrop stands are 8-10 feet tall.
Are You insured?
Yes! We are fully insured and carry Liability as well. We can provide a COI if requested as well as W9's.
